Can I drink from my ceramics?
Yes. All of our ceramics are fired to very high temperatures with food-safe glazes to ensure durable, functional products. 
How do I wash my ceramics? 
They are dishwasher safe however we highly recommend hand washing to increase the longevity of your ceramics and reduce the risk of chips or breakages.
What packaging do you use?
I try my best to source sustainable packaging and do my part for this beautiful earth. I use cardboard boxes, bio-void fill, tissue paper, and polycell eco bubble wrap. I encourage my customers to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle! 
Will my ceramics arrive safely?
All of my pieces are wrapped very carefully to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. They are protected by a secure layer of eco-bubble wrap, then completely surrounded by bio void fill to protect the piece from any knocks or bumps during transit. This box is then placed in another box with more void fill and taped up securely.
The item was damaged during transit. What do I do? 
In the unfortunate event where goods arrive damaged and/or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographic proof of breakage or damage. We will do our very best to find you a suitable replacement or store credit. 
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Once full payment has been received, items will take  2-4 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number of your parcel once the order has been shipped. 
How quickly will my order arrive?
Delivery for domestic orders usually takes 2-5 business days from shipment date to arrive. International delivery is not currently available.

How do I become a stockist?
